A Step-by-Step Guide to Tracking Your Energy System
1. Dashboard Overview
The application has multiple tabs for different system components:
- Status – Key metrics (battery %, voltage, power).
- Dump – Raw API response for debugging.
- Gateway / Multipluss / Battery / Solar – Device-specific data.
- System Overview – Summary of all components.
2. Setting Up Alerts
You can configure alerts for:
- Battery Charge (%) – Warn if charge drops too low or exceeds a safe level.
- Power (W) – Detect abnormal power consumption.
Steps:
- Go to Settings tab.
- Enable Battery Alarms or Power Alarms.
- Set Low and High thresholds.
- (Optional) Configure Email Notifications with SMTP details.
3. Auto-Refresh & Manual Updates
- The app refreshes automatically (default: every 5 minutes).
- Click Refresh buttons on any tab to update manually.
4. Troubleshooting
- No Data? Check your Installation ID and credentials.
- Email Not Working? Verify SMTP settings (port, username, password).
